Low Calories Dinner Recipes For Weight Loss: Don’t be worried to prepare outside of the box when trying to lose weight. Choose the recipes what you don’t normally prepare with, and then make something new and healthy to keep yourself from dropping feed to desires for the comfort foods that you normally eat.

Here are the low calories dinner recipes for weight loss

1. Baby Corn Delight

Ingredients: Baby corn 200 gm,  1 Green chili, Ginger 1 1/2 tsp, Garlic 1 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)

Soya sauce 1 tsp, Tomato-chilli sauce – 2 tsp, Corn flour -1tsp, Capsicum – chopped -2 tbsp,  Oil – 1 Tsp, Salt, and pepper – to taste

Methods:  Mix together  11/2  tsp soy sauce, tomato-chili sauce and corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl. Heat the oil in the pan and add the baby corn and sauté on a high flame for 5 minutes. Add the green chili, ginger, and garlic and stir fry for another 3 minutes. Add corn flour and sauce mixture. Mix well over a high flame till the sauce coats the baby corn. Add the capsicum, salt, and pepper and mix well. Serve hot.

2. Low Fat Paneer Wrap

Ingredients: wheat flour 30 grams, For Filling: Onion, spring onion, capsicum paneer  1/4 cup, olive oil For chutney: Pudina, coriander, jeera, ginger, salt.

Method: Mix and grind pudina, jeera, coriander ginger and salt to make chutney. Prepare a chapati from wheat flour,  Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, capsicum then adds paneer and spring onion. Add salt and 2/ 3 pinch black pepper and cook till done. Then take roti, apply pudina chutney to it.  Put this mixture and make a roll.

3. Oats And Mung Dal Chilla

Ingredients: Mung dal – 1 bowl, Rice 1 bowl, Oats-2tsp, Grated carrot, cabbage – ½ bowl, Onion-1/2, Coriander, Cumin powder – ¼ tsp, Salt to taste.

Method: Soak rice and mung dal and separately for 4 hours. Then grind them separately. Mix and add oats, cumin powder, and salt. Prepare the batter of medium consistency. Cut onion and coriander into fine pieces. Spread butter on the hot nonstick pan, add grated carrot,  cabbage, onion, and coriander. Cook till done Serve hot with chutney.

4. Grilled chicken skewers and Tangy sauce

Ingredients – 1 cup low-fat yogurt, chicken breasts cut into large square chunks, a couple of garlic cloves, juice of one lemon, one cup finely diced tomatoes, onion, cucumber, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh mozzarella.

Method: For the marinade mix together chicken breasts along with yogurt, garlic and set it aside for an hour. For the tangy sauce mix together all the ingredients and serve it.

5. Paneer Chilla

Ingredients: Take the half cup of grated paneer, 1 finely chopped green chili and coriander for the filling. 1 tbsp oil, chili powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander, 1 cup besan, salt to taste and water.

Method: Heat oil in non-stick pan. Mix the besan mixture in the pan until there are no puffy left in the mixture. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown. Fill mixture when done and serve hot.
